Kelli leads operations for the FLFCMO team, creating systems that maximize efficiency and productivity. She values supporting her colleagues to achieve team and individual goals.

Kelli has nearly 20 years of experience managing operations, administration, and teams in the financial planning industry. Her experience includes process management, workflow efficiencies, relationship building, and more.

Prior to joining FLFCMO, she spent her career working with Northwestern Mutual advisors across the country, supporting and cultivating highly successful teams. She has obtained several financial industry designations.

Kelli received her Bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University. She lives in Georgia with her husband and their three children.
