“I would say one of the large challenges is, traditionally with law firms, the history is ‘We don’t need marketing,’ or people think of marketing as only those ‘One Call’ commercials. So there is a history of pooh-poohing marketing a bit. And there’s also the issue that it’s hard to come together on one central message for a law firm that has lots of different people, lots of different practices. Those two elements can be difficult for law firms when it comes to their marketing approach.”
